SquashJudge learning centre
About SquashJudge
A focused practice environment for people learning to recognise and explain squash refereeing decisions.
Our purpose
Refereeing improves through deliberate practice: observing a rally, applying a consistent framework, committing to a decision, and reflecting on the outcome. SquashJudge makes that practice easier to repeat with real match situations.
What we provide
The site offers interactive decision clips, a choice of training modes, session feedback, and practical educational guidance. It is designed for aspiring referees, experienced officials refreshing their judgement, players who want to understand decisions, and clubs running discussion sessions.
Editorial approach
We aim to label the source and limits of each training item clearly. Automated analysis is useful for finding candidates at scale, but it is not an authority on the rules. Users should verify important officiating questions against the current official rules and qualified referee education.
